09/07/2019 - OTC European gas liquidity down 3% on month, up 10% on year

Article reports that European natural gas OTC traded volume reported a minor loss on June; according to data released by London Energy Brokers' Association (LEBA), however this had minor impact on the continued trend of stronger results on an annual basis.

09/07/2019 - LEBA 31% up in H1 for OTC gas volumes

Article reports that an increase to 17,679 TWh in the first half of 2019 was reported in traded gas volumes in European brokered markets according to data from London Energy Brokers’ Association (LEBA), which reported that the surge was led by strong Dutch and German trade.

On continental Europe, traded volumes on brokered power markets decreased 13% to 3,387 TWh, with German and French power volumes declining; opposite UK power volumes which rose.
